Monta Mūrniece is a certified medical practitioner–cosmetologist with an internationally recognized CIDESCO Beauty Therapy diploma and several years of experience in facial skincare and aesthetic procedures. Her professional work combines knowledge of the latest skin rejuvenation methods, precision, and care for each client, ensuring individually tailored solutions for reducing acne, sensitive skin concerns, and signs of aging.

Monta applies advanced facial treatments, using both manual techniques and modern technologies. Her approach emphasizes a holistic understanding of skin health, combining scientifically based methods with an aesthetic perspective.

Experience and education:

Monta obtained her professional education at the Riga School of Cosmetology, earning the international CIDESCO diploma. In addition, she regularly advances her professional skills through training courses and seminars in Latvia and internationally, keeping up with the latest solutions in aesthetic medicine and skincare.

Monta has developed her practical skills both in clinics in Latvia and by working with international CIDESCO examinations as an official interpreter.

    Project Support for the Development of the Company’s Digital Skills
    New Hanza Med Clinic SIA has received support for improving employees’ digital skills within the framework of the project “Digitālo prasmju attīstība jaunu produktu un tehnoloģiju attīstībai Latvijas komersantos” (Līguma Nr. 2.3.1.2.i.0/1/24/I/CFLA/002), implemented by the Latvian Digital Accelerator.
    About the Project
    The goal of the project is to enhance the competitiveness of Latvian enterprises by developing employees’ digital, automation, and innovation skills.

    Within the framework of the project, companies are provided with training in various formats – short-cycle training programs, professional development training in cooperation with internationally recognized higher education institutions, as well as online courses on international education platforms. In addition, conferences and informational events are organized, and support is provided for the implementation of digital transformation and the development of new products and services.

    The project strengthens companies’ ability to use digital technologies in business processes, develop digital governance, automation, robotics, and innovation, as well as promotes export growth and sustainable business development.
